European Account Manager
About the Role
We are seeking a European Account Manager to increase the sales of autoVHC and the speed of market implementation across the network. The role will also include the promotion of the wider Snap-on Business Solutions portfolio. This is a full time role, based predominately in either our Crewe or Reading offices.
Key Requirements
- Increase the sales of autoVHC and other SBS products
- Establish autoVHC and Snap-on as the aftersales solutions provider of choice
- Act as first point of contact for autoVHC and wider Snap-on Business Services business
- Liaise with management team to ensure that autoVHC is supported and promoted to regions and markets
- Keep autoVHC management informed of any issues and opportunities
- Liaise directly with regional and market management to ensure full support is given to autoVHC “embedding”, identify problems and corrective actions for full dealer adoption
- Identify, scope, price and project manage any specific additions to the eVHC and video platforms
- Drive utilization improvement actions and monitor market and RAM performance
- Develop and deliver in market presentations to promote the adoption of autoVHC
- Identify training needs, develop appropriate training materials, liaise with
Snap-on training team to deliver local training
Qualifications
Essential:
- English and Maths GCSE or equivalent
Desirable:
- Degree or relevant professional qualification
Relevant Experience
Essential:
- Aftersales experience at dealer and OEM level
- Selling experience
- Revenue forecasting
- Creation and delivery of proposals presentations to senior OEM management
Desirable:
- Knowledge of autoVHC products
- Understanding of wider SBS product portfolio
Skills / Abilities
Essential:
- Strong communication skills
- Confident presentation delivery
- Good business acumen
- Analytical skills - ability to identify trends
Desirable:
- Financial acumen
- Strong network of contacts
- Multilingual - Spanish, German, etc
Aptitudes
Can do attitude, numerate with good attention to detail, quick learner, flexible and highly motivated. Solution finder/fixer to establish SBS as a preferred solution provider

Willingness to travel internationally.
